I am a 500 hour registered Yoga Teacher. I practice an Integrative Yoga of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda.

I facilitate community yoga sessions in my hometown of Akron, NY. Akron means a high place while yoga means to yoke, to create union. At Akron Yoga we come together as a community to create union from our high place. Wright Community Center 11 Church St., Akron NY 14001, or weather permitting in the gazebo in the center of Russell Park.

I am collaborating with an amazing group of souls at Cardea Health Integrative, 1196 E. Main St. East Aurora, NY. My regular scheduled classes there are:

Mindful Strengthening, Mondays 8 - 9:15am, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30pm

Restorative Yoga, Tuesdays 6 - 7:15pm

Yin Yoga, Thursdays 6 - 7:15pm

All Levels Yoga, Saturdays 10 - 11:15am.

I’ve studied yoga intensively at the Omega Institute, ISHTA Yoga in NYC, and Shri Kali Ashram in India. ISHTA stands for Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda. 

I began experimenting with Yoga at age 15, practicing before going to school. I was amazed how my energy felt elevated throughout the day. I continued cultivating my practice by attending classes throughout the years, and by living in intentional communities where yoga is a focus.

The wellness benefits of Yoga are immense. Yoga improves flexibility and posture, relaxes, builds muscle strength, protects the spine, increases blood flow, reduces blood pressure, improves focus, balance, and peace of mind. Yoga can improve your immune system, self-esteem and builds awareness for transformation.

I want to share the gifts of Yoga with you, giving you the tools to come into greater alignment with your higher self and soul mission.
